Just from one year alone, teaching those to learn new things was more than just gratifying. Even with staying in the journalism field of study, I would like to deviate from the industry scene and try to stick with the high school journalism scene instead, hopefully at Saline High School. Whether that be teaching broadcast, yearbook, or online news, there is a lot that I still haven’t learned. Now, there are multiple reasons for this. I will try to delve into the majority of my reasoning for this decision:

It would be beneficial to go into the journalism industry for first hand accounts and showing what I learned in the industry into the classroom. I’m still debating whether or not it would be plausible at this time with the current education plan I have. But either way, I still have a long way to go, and either interning or part-time working at a television station, radio station, newspaper, or anything of the sort, finishing a degree comes first when it comes to higher education.
